QUIT SMOKING CLASSES START

St. Francis Medical Center will offer "Freedom from Smoking" classes starting Jan. 8.

The course is a seven-session behavior modification program taught by former smokers.

Two sessions will be offered.

The first starts at 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 8 in the St. Francis Health and Education Center.

The other starts at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 9 in the St. Francis Center for Health and Rehabilitation, 28 S. Mount Auburn Rd.
