QUILT CLUB'S ANNUAL SHOW SATURDAY

PERRYVILLE -- The Memory Makers Quilt Club of Perry County will hold its annual quilt show during Mayfest on Saturday at the Perryville Community Center.

The Mayfest Quilt Show allows participants the opportunity to share their love of quilting with visitors.

The show will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. For a $1 donation, visitors will see pieced quilts, wall hangings, clothing and other quilted exhibits.

A quilt completed by club members will be raffled off. Various quilting skills will be demonstrated and vendors of quilt-making equipment will be showing their products.

Visitors may vote for their favorite quilt and for the best quilt promotion window by businesses.
