CLAYTON, Mo. (AP) -- A St. Louis County judge sentences a quadruple murderer to death by lethal injection.
There was no noticable reaction from 43-year-old Leonard Taylor when the sentence was handed down by Judge James Hartenbach on Thursday. A jury recommended death for Taylor in February after finding him guilty of the 2004 murders of his girlfriend 28-year-old Angela Rowe, and her three young children.
The victims were found shot to death in their Jennings home.
Taylor is already serving a 100-year sentence for a previous rape conviction.
