Wendell J. Mueller has been promoted to agriculture loan officer at Boatmen's Bank.
Mueller will be responsible for maintaining an ag-related loan portfolio and assisting with and developing loan relationships with potential customers in his new position. His office will be at 2001 William.
Mueller joined Boatmen's in 1986 as a customer-service associate while attending Southeast Missouri State University. Following his graduation in 1989, he became a full-time associate in the loan service department; a year later he was promoted to assistant manager of the department.
In 1991 he was named credit analyst and was later promoted to senior credit analyst.
Mueller, a native of Farrar, received a bachelor's degree in business administration at Southeast Missouri State University.
Mueller and his wife, Kim, reside in Cape Girardeau. They are parents of a son.

Robert Scheper has been named director of radiation therapy at Southeast Missouri Hospital's Regional Cancer Center.
Scheper has been employed in Southeast's radiation therapy department since 1982. He completed two years of general studies at Southeast Missouri State University and a two-year program in radiologic technology (diagnostics) at St. Francis Medical Center. He also completed a one-year course in radiation oncology at Washington University's Mallinckrodt Institute in St. Louis.
Scheper, who is board-certified in radiology and radiation oncology, is a member of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists and the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.

John Shaner, Nick Cole and Cedomir "Chedo" Eterovic have received promotions at Dana Corp., headquartered in Toledo, Ohio.
Shaner has been appointed vice president of corporate relations; Cole vice president of heavy vehicles, Dana North American Operations, and has been appointed to the World Operating Committee; and Eterovic has been promoted president of Dana South American Operations and appointed to the World Operating Committee.
Woody Morcott, chairman and chief executive of Dana, announced the appointments recently.
Dana Corp. has a facility in Cape Girardeau.
Shaner, who has been with Dana 30 years, was previously serving as vice president of government affairs. He started his career with Dana in 1962 in customer relations, manufacturing and production control.
Eterovic joined Dana in 1971 as president of Dana's affiliate in Buenos Aires. A native of Bolivia, he previously served as vice president of Dana South American Operations.
Cole joined Dana in 1968. A native of Detroit, he has served as vice president of heavy vehicles since 1990.
