PROGRAM FOR LAWYERS TO BE HELD THURSDAY

The Missouri Bar will present a continuing legal education program for Cape Girardeau area lawyers Thursday.

The program, "Malpractice Avoidance and Practice Management," will be at Drury Lodge.

The morning session will feature a panel discussion, "Are Your Law Office/Law Practice Management Procedures Putting You at Risk of Malpractice?"

David P. Vandagriff will present the afternoon session on "The Automated Law Office."

The program will qualify for 6.6 hours of Missouri MCLE credit, of which 3.3 hours can be applied to ethics requirements. Registration fee is $99 for the full day or $39 for half a day.
