Program focuses on biblical oils

Oils used for healing, anointing and purifying rituals are mentioned dozens of times in Scripture, but few people today know much about how to apply those oils.

Dr. David Stewart will present a program on the healing oils of the Bible from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at Holiday Inn.

Registration for the program begins at 1:30 p.m., and reservations can be made by calling 243-0254.

Stewart, a former university professor and United Methodist minister, has researched the healing oils and presents informational programs about them around the country.
