PRIMARY-CARE MEETING DEC. 2

The Cape Girardeau County Area Medical Society will sponsor a seven-hour primary-care symposium Saturday, Dec. 2, at Port Cape Girardeau.

Registration fee is $15 for medical students; $25 for nurses; $40 for nurse practitioners, physician assistants and member physicians and $50 for non-member physicians.

Registration begins at 7:30. Topics of discussion will include an asthma update, Herpes Zoster and pain management, sleep apnea, heart failure, diagnosis and treatment of sinus disease, nuclear medicine update and nephrotic syndrome.
