POWER OUTAGE REPORTED
An electrical outage affecting 4,200 customers, most of them in the northern and western parts of Cape Gir-ardeau, was reported at 12:25 p.m. Saturday. A spokesman for Alliance Water Resources in Cape Girardeau said his company was not involved as far as he knew.
AmerenUE expected power to be restored to all customers by 3:30 p.m. Saturday or sooner.
