BUTLER COUNTY, Mo. - A Poplar Bluff, Mo., woman was seriously injured as she lost control of the motorcycle she was driving while entering the roadway and struck the guardrail, ejecting the female, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash reports Web site. The 2006 Kawasaki motorcycle driven by Aimee E. Greer, 41, was totaled.

Greer was traveling on Highway 61 1 mile north of Poplar Bluff when her vehicle ran off the road at around 11:58 a.m. Sunday. She was flown to Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, where she was treated for serious injuries.
