POPLAR BLUFF, Mo. -- A suspected shake-and-bake methamphetamine lab was found in a truck on the Walmart Supercenter parking lot while officers responded to an alarm at an adjacent business last week.
Shortly before 8 p.m. Wednesday, Poplar Bluff police chief Danny Whiteley said, he and Sgt. Aaron Decker responded to an alarm at Gift Chest Jewelers. After making sure the business was secure, Decker noticed Christopher Robinson, 26 of Qulin, Mo., who he thought had warrants, standing next to a dark pickup in front of Walmart.
The driver, Sarah Rice McFall, 25, of Doniphan, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and manufacture of a controlled substance. Robinson also was arrested, and he and McFall were released pending lab results.
