The resident saw Brooks crawl through a window that held an installed air conditioner, and she asked her to leave, Keller wrote.

Brooks responded by punching the resident in the mouth, according to the statement.

The assault continued in the kitchen and in the living room, knocking over a lamp, Keller wrote.

The resident said Brooks punched her in the back several times, according to the statement.
