The following items were released Saturday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Tarry R. Stone, 42, 1008 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported at 123 N. Clark Ave. and at 128 S. Park Ave.

Thefts

* Money was reported stolen at 1202 Price Drive.

* Fuel was reported stolen at Amoco BP, 3594 William St.

* Gasoline was reported stolen at Rhodes 101 Stop, 2109 William St.

* Stealing was reported at 2609 Janet Drive.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported at 533 S. Ellis St.

Miscellaneous

* Careless and imprudent driving was reported in the 700 block of Morgan Oak Street.

* Prohibited acts were reported on North Hanover Street.
