Police identified the victim Monday as Ned R. Booker of University City, Missouri. The shots were fired from inside a car.

Bullet holes pierced the theater's door frames and shattered glass at its front entrance and in its atrium. Police kept patrons inside the theater for about 40 minutes as a precaution.
