Cape Girardeau police say they're looking for a missing Cape Girardeau man after finding his empty car.
Police spokesman Darin Hickey said Joey Caruso's car has been found, and police are now trying to locate him. Caruso's family reported him missing this weekend after they say he went missing Friday after a night of drinking. His last known whereabouts may have been at the club The Pony in East Cape Girardeau, according to correspondence his mother, Kirsten Caruso, distributed to news outlets.
Joey Caruso is recently engaged and has a baby on the way, so his family said they don't think he would have disappeared on his own power.
Anyone who has information on Joey Caruso's whereabouts is asked to call police at 335-6621.
