Two people have gone missing from Cape Girardeau in recent days, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's active missing persons list.
Tyneshia Cooper, a 16-year-old black girl, has been missing since Wednesday, according to the highway patrol.
No other information was available about Cooper on Sunday evening.
Jacob Morrison, a 25-year-old white man, was last seen around 3:30 a.m. Friday in the downtown/Broadway area while walking his dog, according to a Facebook post Sunday from the Cape Girardeau Police Department.
Morrison is described as 6-feet, 2-inches tall and roughly 180 pounds with "dark brown hair with blonde on top."
A Facebook post from Angela Perry, who identified herself as Morrison's mother, regarding Morrison's disappearance had been shared more than 4,400 times as of Sunday evening.
Perry's post said Morrison has been unreachable and hasn't been online since 2:30 a.m. Friday, which the post said was "very unusual" for him.
Morrison had his white Siberian husky with him when leaving a friend's house at 3:30 a.m. Friday, according to Perry's post, which contained numerous messages of support.
