SHAWNEETOWN, Ill. -- The Illinois State Police and Shawneetown Police Department are investigating the drowning of 17-month-old Charisma Jordan Michelle McGuire of Shawneetown. According to police, there was no indication of foul play early Thursday. An autopsy was pending.
