Joseph Paul Boile, 23, of Melvin, Ill., was arrested and charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated.

Jeremy Scott Mueller, 19, of 910 Themis was arrested and charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated.

Dennis Wayne Pengelley, 53, of 217 S. Spanish was arrested and charged Monday with driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident and careless and imprudent driving.

Arrests

Gabriel Rodolfo Yanes, 17, of 1732 Stoddard was arrested and charged Monday with trespassing.

Summons

Ryan Michael Biri, 22, of 231 County Road 541, Jackson, Mo., received a summons Sunday on a telephone harassment complaint.

Theft

A pistol was reported stolen Sunday at 333 N. Fountain.

Gasoline was reported stolen Sunday at Rhodes 101, 1036 N. Sprigg.

A mailbox was reported stolen Sunday at 1261 Marilyn.

Bicycles and furniture were reported stolen Sunday at 313 N. Fountain.

Property Damage

A vehicle was reported damaged Sunday at 211 West Park Mall.

Miscellaneous

A counterfeit $100 bill was reported Sunday at 354 S. Silver Springs.

A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court Monday on a trespassing complaint.
