Jackie Todd, who retired from P&G, applied for and received this grant on behalf of the parks foundation.

As a past member and officer of the Cape Parks and Recreation Advisory Board and current member of the parks foundation, Todd has actively supported improvements for the Capaha Lagoon.

The major portion of the improvements to the lagoon are completed with some additional rip-rap and concrete pads yet to be installed. The grant money will be used to complete this portion of the project.
