PERRYVILLE, Mo. — A Perryville man who allegedly used a rifle to fire at a residence Friday evening was arrested on two counts of felony unlawful use of a weapon. A $15,000 cash bond has been set for Ricky Dale Decourley, 51. Perryville police chief Keith B. Tarrillion said that at about 9:25 p.m. a 911 dispatcher received a call that a man holding a rifle had pointed the weapon at a residence on the corner of Walnut and Ste. Maries streets. No one was home at the time, he said. Police also received a call from someone who said they heard a gunshot and that they believed the suspect had a rifle and was walking north on Walnut Street. Shortly after 10 p.m., Decourley was arrested without incident as he left an apartment complex, Tarrillion said. Several knives were found in Decourley's possession. Tarrillion said a search of the apartment turned up a 30-30 rifle and several rounds of ammunition. He said Decourley did not give a reason for his action. Pertinent address: 240 N. Walnut St., Perryville, MO
