PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- A Perry County jury found a 29-year-old Jackson man guilty of driving while intoxicated after four hours of deliberation. The trial was held in Perryville on a change of venue from Cape Girardeau County. Jonathan N. Randol, 790 County Road 319, could be sentenced to up to a year in county jail, one to four years in prison and/or a fine of up to $5,000. The conviction was a felony because it was the Randol's fourth DWI conviction. Randol remains free on bond pending sentencing scheduled for July 8 in Perryville.
