"I think they should cut down on some of the waste. My brother is a retired mailman in California. It's (the increase) necessary but, they need to cut down on waste."

"It's a good buy regardless (of the increase). I mean heck, they paid more than that when the Pony Express was doing it ... it took a week to get the darn thing there."

"They keep rising every year. I don't see the point on why they raise it. They keep raising it. It costs us more money to send a letter ... it's not worth it to send the letter. It's cheaper to make a phone call these days."
