PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- A former employee of Tuff Times Pawn Shop has been arrested and charged with 12 counts of firearms theft and one count of motor vehicle theft, after a police investigation. Frankie Ullman Sr., 54, of Perryville was released on a $10,000 cash only bond. The Perryville Police Department and Perry County Sheriff's Department conducted a joint investigation into the theft of firearms from Tuff Times Pawn Shop in Perryville, according to police chief Keith Tarrillion. During the investigation, it was discovered that numerous firearms and an all-terrain vehicle had been stolen from the pawn shop during the time that Ullman was employed by the business, Tarrillion said. During a search of Ullman's residence, three handguns and nine rifles were located along with the ATV, Tarrillion said.
