Part of Highway 25 may be closed through Saturday morning

Highway 25 between Highway 74 at Dutchtown and Route K at Gordonville is closed due to an accident, the Missouri Department of Transportation reported in a news release shortly after 11 a.m. today.

The back end of a tractor-trailer appears to have slid off the road just north of the intersection of highways 25 and 74.

The section of road was still closed around 5:15 p.m. and a MoDoT customer service agent said the road may be closed through Saturday morning.

Crews were waiting on a crane from St. Louis early afternoon.
