Parking will be restricted downtown beginning 9:30 a.m. Saturday for the Southeast Missouri State University homecoming parade, police say. Officers will place signs and other traffic-control devices at these locations. Vehicles parked in any of those locations after 2 a.m. Saturday will be towed.

Parking will be restored on the city streets immediately after the parade, with the exception of Bellevue Street.
