The weather generated "an awful lot of calls," patrolman David Gilbertson, station commander for Sunday, said. "They are just asking if it has been cancelled. To my knowledge, it has been rescheduled for next week on Sunday."

Marla Mills, executive director of Old Town Cape, confirmed that the parade will take place next Sunday with a 5 p.m. starting time.
