PAGEANT WILL CELEBRATE MMES.

Sixteen women from across Missouri will compete Saturday in Cape Girardeau for the title Mrs. Missouri-United States.

The pageant will be held at the Show Me Center and begins at 7:30 p.m.

The winner will represent Missouri in July at the Mrs. United States National Pageant in Las Vegas.

The pageant is open to married women 21 or older who are residents of Missouri and U.S. citizens.

The pageant production on Saturday is open to the public. Tickets cost $12 for floor seats and $10 for riser seats and may be purchased by calling 651-5000. Tickets will also be available at the door.
