OUTLET STORES TO BENEFIT SEVERAL SCHOOLS IN AREA

Area schools can benefit from sales at the Sikeston Factory Outlet Stores during January through a new shopping fund-raiser.

Delta, Scott County Central, Oran, Sikeston, Puxico, Dexter, Caruthersville, Campbell, Piedmont, Portageville, Wardell, and Pemiscot County schools are participating.

Shoppers at Sikeston Factory Outlet Stores between Jan. 1 and Jan. 31 are asked to keep their receipts and turn them in to school offices.

Schools will receive a check for 5 percent of the total of receipts collected. For example, if $5,000 in receipts are turned in, the school will receive $250.
