OTRE DAME STUDENT WILL ATTEND LEADERSHIP SEMINAR

Laura Griffith, a sophomore at Notre Dame High School, was nominated as the student ambassador for the Hugh O'Brian Youth Foundation Leadership Seminar.

It was held at The Henry VIII Hotel in St. Louis on March 27-29.

The leadership seminar is an international organization. It sponsors similar meetings in all 50 states and 25 foreign countries.

Griffith is involved in the SADD organization, pep club and the annual musical. She is a cheerleader and a member of the Spanish Club. In her spare time she is a candy striper at St. Francis Hospital. She teaches swimming during the summer. She is also a member of a group that decorates St. Mary's Catholic Church for holidays and special occasions.
