A series of free tobacco cessation information programs are being offered at the Osage Centre, 1625 N. Kingshighway St., Cape Girardeau.

The next session will be at 6 p.m. Monday. The final session is scheduled for 10 a.m. Dec. 13. The program will be led by Debbie Leoni, a certified wellness coach and smoking cessation facilitator.

The program is designed to help those interested in no longer using tobacco products and those who have quit but are experiencing difficulties. Those in attendance will learn more about how to quit and what tools are available.
