BENTON, Mo. -- Scott County Sheriff Rick Walter reported that an Oran, Mo., man was arrested during the weekend for unlawful use of a weapon.
Quentin Hanselman, 25, of 115 N. West St. was charged with felony unlawful use of a weapon.
Sheriff Walter said in a news release that Scott County deputies responded to a call initially reported as a domestic disturbance.
During the investigation, it was determined that Hanselman had unlawfully threatened another person with a handgun.
Hanselman's bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety. He has posted bond and his case is set for court Sept. 24.
