"In my neighborhood, there's not any gang. I really don't know. I guess it's possible. I'm sure there are some small problems, but I really don't see it ."

"It has a small one. At night I drive around and I see a lot of it, like Good Hope. There is a little problem."

"It's just a bunch of kids trying to get together to organize a gang, but they've got no unity. There are a lot of `wannabes' running through town claiming Bloods and Crips, but there's nothing stable."

"I don't think that they've got anything going on. It's just a lot of people trying to perpetrate something that they see on TV. They need to be more like role models around here, instead of trying to look at them cats on TV, when they see colors and all. It may look cool but, it isn't."

"Cape has probably got one bigger than anyone else. Down there around Good Hope and the south end of town, we've always had a lot of problems."
