"I think the water rates are high enough already."

"I just don't like it. It's more money out of my pocket."

"I'd just as soon that they would leave it alone. If it's absolutely necessary I'm for it, but if it's just not absolutely necessary I'd just a soon they'd leave it alone."

"Honestly, I don't think it will affect the consumer that much. It's a shame they couldn't have done it all at one time."

"I don't like it. It seems like ... when they changed it from the way it used to be that our bill increased at that point. I guess it could be a lack of understanding of why we need to (raise the rates). Maybe it's more education that we need. I wouldn't be happy with it at this point."
