Craig Farris: "I ride my bike a lot, usually about five miles, three or four times a week. My work keeps me on my feet almost all day, and I do a lot of yard work. My wife likes to walk."

Bill Hinchey: "I try to exercise a little every day, and I simply watch what I eat. I might run a mile and walk two miles, or I'll just walk up to five miles, for up to five days a week."

Carlene Kasten: "I just walk around the Rotary Lake and watch my diet. I walk two miles, four times around the lake, about three times a week. It makes me feel wonderful. When it's nice outside, I walk even more."
