Brent Seegers, a biology professor, and his fiancee, a molecular biologist, have put their education to use making haute cuisine for cold-blooded animals, such as snakes, lizards and frogs.

The couple's line of food products called "Carnivore Yummies" is the result of two years of research. Both work at Upper Iowa University.

The products are packed with all the vitamins, minerals and amino acids necessary for healthy reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates.
