Man tells police he needs help breaking into church

STEVENS POINT, Wis. -- If only all criminals were this helpful. A 24-year-old man called police to tell them he was trying to break into a church, but he wasn't having much luck. Police said the found the man waiting at St. Paul's Lutheran Church. The man told them he had hoped to get married in the church and was trying to use a metal shovel to break through the doors. He told them he figured they could help. Officers searched the man and found marijuana. Town officals were astounded. "There aren't many arrests like that," police chief Jeff Morris said.

Body parts accounted for after delivery mishap

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- A delivery service said it has located all the body parts in a shipment from China that became separated, resulting in a liver and partial human head being delivered to a home. The shipment of 28 body parts was intended for medical research and supposed to go to a Michigan lab. The company had initially feared that the parts were scattered about the country after the delivery mishap. The liver and partial head were delivered to the couple's Michigan home last week by a DHL driver who believed they were pieces of a table. The parts, which had been treated by a procedure that hardens and protects them, were intended for Traverse City-based Corcoran Laboratories Inc., DHL said. DHL delivery service said that it had located two missing packages of human body parts, and that all the missing parts are accounted for. The recovered specimens were shipped to the lab, The Grand Rapids Press reported.
