Oak Ridge Boys coming to River Campus
The Oak Ridge Boys will bring their harmonies to the Bedell Performance Hall stage at Southeast Missouri State University's River Campus this October. The Oak Ridge Boys hits include their signature song "Elvira," which is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, as well as "Bobbie Sue," "Dream On," "Thank God For Kids," "American Made," "I Guess It Never Hurts To Hurt Sometimes," "Fancy Free" and "Gonna Take A Lot Of River." They have 12 gold, three platinum and one double-platinum album, plus one double-platinum single, and more than a dozen number ones and over 30 top 10 singles.. ...

The concert is scheduled for 8 p.m. Oct. 12. Tickets go on sale to the general public this Saturday. For more information or to purchase tickets contact the River Campus Box Office at 651-2265, or online at rivercampusevents.com. The box office is located in the Cultural Arts Center, and is open weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
