St. Francis cardiac rehabilitation nurse Linda Lawrence, who will present the program, said it is designed to help people reduce their fat intake in order to help them lose weight, analyze the fat content on food labels and choose heart-health foods when eating out.

The program also will help people interpret their own cholesterol test numbers, make tasty heart-healthy recipes and replace high-fat foods with low-fat choices.

Registration is $5 per session or $15 for the whole program. To register or for information, call 339-6157 or 1-800-455-1111.
