The County Commissioner is Ultimately responsible for all of the finances of the county. It's revenues, the construction and maintenance of roads and bridges is one the county's most significant responsibility so yes it is vary important.

__Do most projects rely solely on grant availability before they can begin? Why or why not?:__

Yes the county has to rely on grant with out grants the county would not have enough funds to pay for there projects.

Yes, there is a lot of potential for growth in that area as long as we can attract business and have ample land available.

I would go to Inc. and small businesses and convince them how beneficial it would be to pout there business at that location
