NOTRE DAME STUDENT TO SCHOLARS ACADEMY

Amy Eftink, a Notre Dame High School sophomore, has been selected to participate in the seventh annual Missouri Scholars Academy which will be held on the University of Missouri-Columbia campus June 9-29.

She will be one of approximately 330 students from Missouri to attend the academy, which is administered by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education through funds appropriated by the Missouri General Assembly.

Eftink is a member of Students Against Driving Drunk, Pro-Life, Future Business Leaders of America and the pep club. This year she was a cheerleader. She worked on the construction crew for the annual musical and is also a member of the volleyball team.

She is the daughter of David and Doris Eftink of Oran.
