Northbound I-55 in Scott County reduced for pavement repairs

SIKESTON, Mo. -- Northbound Interstate 55 in Scott County will be reduced to one lane with a 16-foot width restriction today through Wednesday, while Missouri Department of Transportation crews perform pavement repairs.

Traffic will be reduced to one lane from Route HH to one half mile north of Route HH.

Weather permitting, the work will take place 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily. The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
