BLOOMFIELD -- A local man with epilepsy who left home without his medicine Saturday on his way to Sikeston disappeared without a trace, according to family members.

Kevin T. Faulkner, 35, of rural Bloomfield was driving his 1984 Ford Ranger pickup and on his way to pay a bill when he was last seen about 4 p.m. Saturday.

The Stoddard County Sheriff's Dept. has issued a public alert regarding the missing man, who is 5-foot, 9-inches tall and weighs 195 pounds. Faulkner, who wears glasses, has blue eyes, brown wavy hair and wears a mustache. Identifying marks include an appendectomy scar, a skull tattoo on an upper arm and a heart tattoo with the name "Cindy" on one of his shoulders.

According to information provided to the sheriff's agency, Faulkner has a seizure disorder for which he takes medication. The left side of his body is partially paralyzed and he walks with a limp.

Faulkner's truck bears personalized license plates "Kevin-5" and is beige. The truck has two noticeable dents in it: One on the driver's side front fender and another on the driver's side of the extended cab panel.

When he was last seen, he was wearing blue jeans, a red-and-black flannel shirt and tennis shoes.

Faulkner is an employee of Tyson Foods and was wearing a Tyson Foods ball cap when he was last seen.
