Nineteen Southeast Missouri residents who have completed Southeast Missouri State University's dietary manager's program will graduate Sunday in the University Center Ballroom.
The graduates, all of whom are employed in hospitals or nursing homes, will receive certificates at the 2 p.m. ceremony.
The students have attended 15 day-long sessions since August. Between sessions, they have performed specific assignments under the supervision of a sponsoring dietitian, while continuing with their full-time jobs.
Randy Shaw, who heads the industrial technology department, will present the graduation address. Carol Morrow, director of the dietary manager's program, will present the certificates.
Those graduating include Carol A. Bragg of Cape Girardeau, Dorothy Annette Dannenmueller and Karen J. Davis, both of Chaffee, Chris R. Benson and Wanda K. Carlson, both of Jackson, and Brenda Lee Francis, Lynne L. Hecht and Beth Ann Kueker, all of Perryville.
