Newspaper to hold workshop for Aug. election candidates

The Southeast Missourian is holding two workshops on Tuesday for candidates seeking office in the August primary races. At this meeting, Southeast Missourian staff members will explain policies on news coverage, letters to the editor and advertising. The workshops will be at 7 a.m. Tuesday at the Southeast Missourian office at 301 Broadway in Cape Girardeau and at 4 p.m. at the Jackson Chamber of Commerce in Jackson.
