Chronic health problems can leave individuals and their families with feelings of fatigue, frustration and pain. In an effort to help people learn to help themselves with chronic illnesses such as heart disease, stroke, arthritis, diabetes or lung conditions, the Regional Arthritis Center at St. Francis Medical Center is offering a chronic disease self-management course.

The seven-week course will be offered at the Marble Hill Nutrition Center in Marble Hill. It will be held 9-11 a.m. every Thursday from June 10 through July 22.

Class size is limited and pre-registration is required. The sessions are conducted by Certified Chronic Disease Self-Management leaders.
