Appleby's Restaurant and a new Rust & Martin, Inc. facility is giving the new Mid City Business Center a big start.
"We're off on a fast track," said Harry Rust, who has joined Dennis Stockard in forming a partnership in developing Mid City Business Center as a prestige location in the central west end of Cape Girardeau.
"We're bordered by Route K on the north, just across form the Exchange Bank," said Rust. "We have Broadview on the West side, in front of Store's Food Giant, and Cape Centre Drive on the South."
The new Appleby's Restaurant is already under construction on the Northwest corner, which borders Broadview and Route K. Rust & Martin will be located in the Northeast corner, which runs alongside Route K. A new east-west street will be constructed to the south end of these two business.
"We still have three acres left for development," said Rust.
Additional details concerning development of the remaining three acres may be obtained from Stockard or Rust.
