NEW SUMMER HOURS IMPLEMENTED AT VO-TECH

The Adult Learning Center at Cape Girardeau's Area Vocational-Technical School will have new hours for the summer.

The center allows persons to review their basic skills and study for the General-Education-Degree test at no cost.

The center will operate from 7:45 a.m. to 4 p.m. through June 25. The center will close and reopen July 6 for the summer program. Hours will be from 8 a.m. to noon Mondays through Thursdays. Beverly Hickam is the instructor.

Persons who want to attend the summer session may enroll by calling 334-9484 or stopping by room 114 at the vocational school.
