Ford's new 10 x 12 foot sign is not mounted on the building but rather atop a 75 foot turret on the property. "We want it to be visible from the interstate," Bob Osborn said. The business is located about 1,000 feet from Interstate 55. The sign, which is illuminated, was erected by Canedy Sign Co. of Sikeston.

Ford's also revised its storefront, adding a new awning and extending the porch to one side.
