SIKESTON -- Ronald C. Milbach has been elected president of the Federal Land Bank Association (FLBA) of Southeast Missouri. Milbach will also serve as president-elect of the Sikeston and Caruthersville Production Credit associations.

When the three organizations have completed a proposed restructuring of their business operations, Milbach is slated to serve as their chief executive officer.

Milbach, a native of Walker, Iowa, has served in management positions in commercial banks in Missouri, Iowa and Oklahoma. Most recently he served as executive vice president of BancFirst, the largest state-chartered bank in Oklahoma.

He has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Upper Iowa University, and is a graduate of the ABA Graduate School of Commercial Lending, Norman, Okla.

Milbach and his wife, Cathy, have four children, and will be relocating to the Sikeston area.
