Romaglino has over 12 years experience in the Florida health care industry.

HSCA is a shared services organization aimed at meeting the needs of health care providers. HSCA is headquartered in Cape Girardeau.

Hair stylist Robyn Eastman has joined the staff of Mane Attractions, 431 W. Main.

She begins working at the salon on Aug. 18. Eastman is a 1985 graduate of Jackson High School and attended Stage One: The Hair School in Cape Girardeau.

Beginning in October, Mane Attractions will be open on Mondays and Eastman will be the only stylist working that day.

Eastman is now employed as a receptionist at Auffenburg Honda Mazda in Cape Girardeau and also as a bookkeeper at Big Al's Nite Club in Cape Girardeau.

She is a native of Jackson and the daughter of Horace and Robbie Eastman.

Bill McNeary, president of CADLAB, Inc., announced the addition of Mark Hoppmann and David Sells to his firm in Charleston.

CADLAB specializes in providing computer software, support, and training for Computer Aided Design (CAD), Geographical Information Systems (GIS), and Multimedia applications.

Hoppmann was branch manager of CADLAB's St. Louis facility and has 10 years of experience in the computer industry. He has specialized in CAD applications in the past five years.

Sells recently received a degree in industrial technology with an emphasis in cartography from Southeast Missouri State University. He has a background in AutoCAD and specializes in GIS applications.
