Craig A. Boring has been appointed executive director of the Health Careers Foundation.

Boring formerly was vice president of the laboratory program for Health Services Corporation of America. His experience also includes national account management with Boehringer Mannheim and laboratory sales and financial health-care planning with various corporations.

He is a medical technology graduate of the University of Kansas and has a master's degree in management and supervision from Central Michigan University.

The foundation was founded by Health Services Corp. in 1990 to provide scholarships and low-interest loans to men and women who pursue careers in nursing, medical technology and physical therapy.

Boring and his wife, Jan, reside in O'Fallon.

Kinder has more than three years experience in new car sales and about 18 years experience in used car sales.

Kinder, his wife, Nelda, and a son, Bryan, reside at Delta. A daughter, Kim King, lives in Cape Girardeau.

Winter has 18 years experience in the water conditioning industry.

Winter, his wife, Carol, and son, Zane, reside in Uniontown.

SIKESTON Ben Dumas has joined Lankheit Motor Co. of Sikeston as transportation consultant.

Dumas has a number of years experience in the automotive industry in St. Louis and Cape Girardeau and was previously salesman of the year at Chrysler-Plymouth-Dodge in Cape Girardeau.

Dumas is a graduate of Cape Girardeau Central High School and attended Southeast Missouri State University. He is a Navy veteran and member of VFW Post 3838 here.

He resides in Cape Girardeau and attends First Presbyterian Church.
